This Mertzon, TX residential upgrade focused on combining low-maintenance luxury with natural charm in a seamless transformation. After comprehensive ground preparation, we installed high-performance ForeverLawn Cobalt turf, providing a lush, green appearance year-round with minimal maintenance, including zero mowing and watering. The turf was custom-cut to wrap cleanly around existing tree beds, which we accented with Pecos river rock for a modern, finished look and enhanced root protection. The narrow side yard and shaded zones were maximized for both usability and aesthetic appeal, resulting in a fresh, inviting outdoor space that’s as functional as it's visually appealing.
